The Role of Building Services Validation in the Built Environment
We are delivering mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and commissioning consultancy compliant with the requirements of the Department for Education (DfE) design specifications and energy targets.
Chosen as the preferred independent commissioning consultant on the National Rehabilitation Centre due to our extensive experience in delivering healthcare projects
Our clients know it is essential to understand the performance of their buildings and associated ME&P systems, that’s why they come to us to independently verify their operational efficiency.
Providing Client Commissioning Verification services and making a positive impact on cutting edge projects!
Banyards are delighted to have attended this year’s Commissioning Specialists Association awards and won the ‘Project of the Year’ category for our work on the Christie Patterson Project.
The NHS recovery plan led to a renewed focus on healthcare facilities and buildings. As elective care resumed, we witnessed an increase in demand for ultra clean operating theatres to help shorten waiting lists. In turn this created a need to address energy consumption and re-engineering major plant and systems to save energy.
Banyards has helped bring some of the UKs’ most prestigious and important buildings into operation.
