55 Whitehall involved the Validation of the MEP engineering services in preparation for the refurbishment of this Grade II listed Heritage Building, located within a World Heritage Site. The building dating from 1909 was designed by architect John Murray and has undergone a sequence of alterations to enable it to fill a role in providing accommodation for numerous government departments. The forthcoming tenant will be the Government Property Agency who are leading the way in the positive transformation of government workspace for civil service.
