Continuing Strong Partnerships in the Property Sector

We are excited to share news about our continued successful collaborations with two major clients: Campus Living Villages UK and Great Portland Estates (GPE). These partnerships are a testament to our dedication and expertise in providing building services design across diverse sectors.

Working with Campus Living Villages: A Commitment to Student Living

Our journey with Campus Living Villages (CLV) has been very rewarding. As a global leader in student accommodation, CLV is known for its innovative approach to creating dynamic and sustainable student communities across the UK. We have had the privilege of playing a role by delivering building services design that focuses on energy efficiency, sustainability, and enhancing the living experience for students.

Our team at Banyards is passionate about modernising student housing. From integrating innovation and best practice to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Our work with CLV has resulted in numerous successful projects that reflect our commitment to creating vibrant, comfortable, and sustainable living environments.

Elevating Commercial Real Estate with Great Portland Estates

Our ongoing relationship with Great Portland Estates (GPE) highlights our contributions to the commercial real estate sector. GPE, renowned for their high-quality office and retail spaces in central London, relies on us for our building services design experience which enhance functionality, comfort, and environmental performance. Occupier demands have changed in recent years and our expertise in integrating engineering solutions with architectural designs have contributed towards GPE’s offering of fully managed, flexible office spaces.

At Banyards, we are involved in every stage of our GPE projects, from the initial design phase through to handover. Our goal is to ensure that each building meets the highest standards of operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction. Our work helps GPE maintain their reputation for delivering premium spaces that cater to the evolving needs of businesses and consumers.

Our Commitment to Excellence

Working with both CLV and GPE is a reflection of our versatility and industry knowledge. By continuing to provide innovative building services design solutions, we not only support the operational success of these leading property owners but also contribute to broader goals of sustainability and excellence in the built environment.
