30 Station Road comprises a new Category A, BCO compliant office building (in accordance with the BCO 2014 Guide), over basement, ground and six upper floors delivering approximately 77,570ft2 NIA of offices with a single basement and cycle parking and provision of surrounding public realm and landscaping. The building is to be constructed on permit to allow three multi-tenanted occupations for each floor fitted to a Category A standard.
The development of the Station Road area of Cambridge is well advanced now, when finished it will be home to state-of-the-art workplaces, and has already attracted some of the world’s most successful brands including Microsoft Research, Amazon, Deloitte, Thales, Carter Jonas and Mott MacDonald, as well as affordable attractive housing, and retail and recreational facilities.
The development also includes the restoration of listed buildings and enhancement of Cambridge’s natural attributes and architectural heritage.
