CSA Awards 2026: Celebrating Excellence at Banyards
Banyards has been recognised at the 2026 Commissioning Specialists Association (CSA) Awards, celebrating outstanding achievement across the commissioning management industry.
At this year’s gala ceremony held at the Park Plaza London Riverbank, Banyards was named a finalist across four categories with six nominations, ultimately taking home one award on the night.
We are thrilled to have received the Diversity in Commissioning Award, recognising our effort to build an inclusive and empowering culture.
We take our approach to equality, diversity, and inclusion seriously, embedding these principles across every facet of our business to drive innovation and resilience. Guided by our employee-led “Make Banyards Better” committee, inclusive policies, and flexible hybrid working arrangements, Banyards strives to support every team member. Through strategic college partnerships, we offer work placements for underrepresented talent, building a strong, inclusive pipeline for the future of the building services sector.
A special thank you to Jacqueline Taylor and Gemma Stephenson for preparing and submitting the award entry, and for their ongoing contribution to championing diversity and upholding Banyards’ inclusive culture. Their commitment to ensuring everyone feels supported, valued and empowered is an important part of what makes Banyards such a great place to work.
Against outstanding industry competition, we were immensely proud to have two team members shortlisted in this category: Patrick Barry and Wayne Murdock. Making the final cut alongside such high-calibre industry peers is a significant achievement in itself.
Reaching the final shortlist highlights the exceptional work both Patrick and Wayne deliver every day, demonstrating the high standards of technical leadership and commitment that define our team.
We were extremely proud to be named a finalist for Commissioning Management Provider of the Year.
Building on our 39-year legacy of technical excellence, Banyards provides independent technical assurance across MEP design and commissioning. Being recognised on this stage reflects the hard work, professionalism, and dedication our team brings to every project we undertake.
Representing the Banyards team at the 2026 CSA Gala Dinner
were Nick Till, David Cocksedge, Darren Harbor, James Sargent, Anthony Davies, Patrick Barry, Wayne Murdock, Thomas Dunn, Graham Watt, and Jon Giffin.
Events like the CSA Awards serve as a great reminder of the talent, innovation, and dedication driving the building services industry forward.
We extend our warmest congratulations to all of this year’s fellow winners and finalists and express our sincere thanks to the Commissioning Specialists Association for hosting a fantastic evening.
Finally, thank you to our clients, partners, and team members whose continued support makes achievements like this possible.
