All our work activities are carried out in accordance with our bespoke safety procedures and all practicable measures are taken as per the relevant statutory provisions to avoid risks to the health and safety of our employees or others who may be affected by our operations. Particular emphasis is given to implementing the design requirements of the CDM (Construction Design and Management) Regulations 2015 considering the requirements of the associated HSE guidelines.
All of our employees and contractors are made aware of our policies, and the contents are regularly reviewed. We provide all necessary information, instruction, training and supervision to our employees and sub-contractors, to ensure all our team are competent to perform their roles.
Our policy is that our employees are consulted on aspects of their work activities that may impact upon health, safety and welfare. The Principles of Prevention are applied, this is underpinned by our external H&S Consultants (NEBOSH), our internal Health & Safety Committee and Safety Schemes in Procurement CHAS, Constructionline Level 3 Gold and Safecontractor.
