The atrium brings light to every floor and the splayed geometry and staggered positioning of the bridge links, make a bold graphic statement across the atrium and serves to connect people and activity across floors.
The building is served by chilled ceiling systems, 30 showers, LED lighting and has a BREEAM excellent rating. Their sophisticated infrastructure is connected to one of the highest tier data centre communication providers and has the highest resilience level; with the built-in option of scaling up or down.
