Banyards connects ‘Cat A’ and ‘Cat B’ for Viridis Real Estate and LinkedIn

ILP.pngWe have been appointed by Viridis Real Estate to continue our specialist Commissioning Validation role at The Ray, 119 Farringdon Road, moving from working on the ‘Cat A’ to the Linkedin Technology UK Limited ‘Cat B’ fit-out.

Linkedin Technology UK Limited have marked the site as their new London headquarters and have pre-let the entire seven floors of The Ray’s office space with aim to take tenancy early in 2019.

The new 83,000sqft development, stands seven-storeys high and the floor plates range from 16,000 square feet on the lower floors to 9,000 square feet on the top floor and each floor has its own external terrace.

The building also boasts a roof terrace with panoramic views over the capital, cycle store, showers and changing facilities as well as 12,000 square feet of retail space. Located on the site of the former Guardian newspaper office the building has achieved a BREEAM “Outstanding” rating and is just a few minutes’ walk from Farringdon Station which will be one of the most well-connected transport hubs in the city when the Elizabeth Line is completed.
