Multi-tenanted Docklands Portfolio

CWML have responsibility for Health &
Safety in the Landlord’s areas of their
Dockland property portfolio. At any
one time, they have a large number of contractors working within the buildings
and activity increases dramatically when
floors are fitted out for new tenants. They needed a system that would give them visibility, management information and control and selected e-permits which could deliver these benefits to their business.
