As one of the major Telecoms companies, O2 have Corporate offices, Switch centres, Call centres and Retail outlets across the UK. In 2007 ISS Coflex successfully secured the National FM contract with O2 and proposed e-permits as part of an innovative package of software to control asset management and safety. Banyards e-permits is being integrated with IFM’s complementary CAFM software to provide a seamless functional flow from planned and reactive work orders to a permit-to-work where the potential risk requires additional control.
