Banyard Consulting have been appointed to provide a scheme design and oversee the M&E installation of an office fit-out for Bridgepoint at Warwick St, London.

Having undertaken an identical role for the Client during their initial office relocation to Warwick St in 2006, Banyard Consulting were pleased to be asked to reprise the role for Bridgepoint’s expansion within the building.

The project entails the modification of the existing ventilation, fan coil installation, small power, lighting, fire alarm and security services to suit the new cellular floor plan layout. The programme will run over an 8 week period.

The remainder of the design team includes Savills (Project Manager), Griffiths Design (Architect), Fanshawe (QS) and BW Interiors (Main Contractor).
