Banyards have completed the Client Commissioning Validation role on the new ibis Budget Hotel at Luton Airport for the developer SKPB.
Banyards were engaged by GVA Second London Wall to carry out the commissioning validation role of this new hotel which comprises of 7 storeys, with front and back of house accommodation located at ground floor with 8 guestrooms. Each of the six floors accommodates a further 21 guestrooms, providing 134 guest rooms in total. Rooms provide a bath/shower room, a desk, a double or two single beds, wardrobe space, and international and local channels on the television.
