Banyard Maintenance - Warwick House, Harlow
Warwick House is a fifteen year old multi-tenanted building which was served by a chiller plant and an ageing boiler system, both of which were at the end of their life cycle and due for replacement. We won the plant upgrade in open tender against strong competition which culminated in the company also being awarded the maintenance of the building services across the remainder of the Ayres and Cruiks Kent and Essex portfolio.
