The challenge in upgrading an inefficient air condition system throughout this prestigious apartment block in the West End of London was to install an up-to-date VRV system and cassettes with minimum disruption to the residents. This was achieved through a flexibility of approach to the project based on consultation with the client and the production of a well planned and carefully scheduled programme of works that could accommodate the residents changing needs.
