Having been appointed as the Building Services Maintenance Contractor under a comprehensive contract at The Cromwell Hospital, we undertook an in-depth 90 day dilapidation survey to identify unserviceable, obsolete and redundant assets covered by the contract. From this, a cost for a planned phased upgrade of defective assets was produced.
