Banyard Maintenance were appointed as the Building Services Maintenance Contractor under a comprehensive contract. Following an in-depth 90-day dilapidation survey to identify unserviceable, obsolete and redundant assets covered by the contract, we set about outlining a planned, phased upgrade of defective assets.
The contract for this highly complex and challenging site was won in open tender. It includes on-site management, with the P.P.M controlled by computerised Maintenance Management Systems
