Simon Olliff - Managing Director
Joining the group in 2001, Simon has been instrumental in expanding Banyard Maintenance into a company that is Customer focused.  He continues to work closely with Clients and his Operations team to maintain this relationship.  Simon is also heavily involved in the IT infrastructure that controls Banyard Maintenances systems and procedures.  The investment in this “smart” technology will assist the company’s plans for expansion.

Howard Albery - Operations Manager
Howard's extensive experience within the building services industry stands him in good stead to lead the Banyard Maintenance team. Starting his career as an apprentice Howard has since worked for many prestigious companies such as Johnson Controls, Skanska and the Southern Electricity Board before joining Banyard Maintenance in 2000.  Dual skilled in electrical and heating ventilation Howard's many attributes mean that he is instrumental in retaining business as well as securing new clients.

Alex Newberry - New Business Development Manager
Alex has 38 years' experience in the maintenance and building services industry, starting out as a Service Engineer and progressing to Commissioning Engineer and Operations Manager before moving into a Business Development role. Previous to joining Banyard Maintenance Limited, Alex gained valuable knowledge through long term appointments with Johnson Controls, Matthew Hall, Amec and Skanska and has considerable experience working in the private, public and commercial sectors of the industry. Alex is also a committee member for the FMA.
