Nick Till - Managing Director
With over 25 years experience in the Building services industry and experience in developing and organising change and focusing on customer needs with innovations and IT infrastructure. Nick has worked with many blue-chip clients in a range of market sectors: - finance, real estate, healthcare, education and commercial and others.

Since setting up Banyard Maintenance his role has involved enhancing the technological and information management systems from the traditional paper fed approach to an internet based PPM management reporting system using IBM’s Maximo product and PDAs.

With a portfolio of prestigious and high profile clients Banyard Maintenance is able to deliver a diverse range of services, linked to other parts of the group, such as consultancy, commissioning and web based permit-to-work in addition to their core facilities maintenance base.

Nick believes this approach enables property owners and users to call on the end-to-end services of Banyards from the construction phase and beyond.

Simon Olliff - Director
Simon joined The Banyard Group in 2001. He has been instrumental in the expansion of Banyard Maintenance, working closely with Clients and his Operations Team to build strong, ongoing relationships with proven results. Simon is heavily involved in the IT infrastructure that controls Banyard Maintenance systems and procedures and is an ardent champion of the potential this ‘smart’ technology has for his clients.

 

Howard Albery - Operations Director
Howard has extensive experience within the building services industry and has worked for Johnson Controls, Skanska and the Southern Electricity Board. Dual skilled in electrical and heating/ventilation, Howard specialises in long-term business relationships and New Business.

Alex Newberry - New Business Development Manager, London
Alex also has extensive experience in the maintenance and building services industry, having started out on the engineering side before moving to management and now to a Business Development role. In addition to his work with Johnson Controls, Matthew Hall, Amec and Skansa, Alex can lend a great deal of expertise in the private, public and commercial sectors.
