Mike Russell
Managing Director

Mike Russell joins Banyard Maintenance from Jones Lang LaSalle, where he successfully created and developed the self-delivery of engineering and associated hard services, introducing a new profitable trading entity into JLL's Integrated Facilities Management for Europe Middle East and Africa.

Mike has had a progressive 16-year Building Services career working for ISS Facilities Services, Adviance Technical Solutions, Skanska Facilities Services, IGS Services and PME, following a 25-year service in the Royal Navy as a Marine Engineering Electrical Artificer.

Nick Till
Board Director

With over 25 years experience in the Building services industry and experience in developing and organising change and focusing on customer needs with innovations and IT infrastructure. Nick has worked with many blue-chip clients in a range of market sectors: - finance, real estate, healthcare, education and commercial and others.

Since setting up Banyard Maintenance his role has involved enhancing the technological and information management systems from the traditional paper fed approach to an internet based PPM management reporting system using IBM's Maximo product and PDAs.

With a portfolio of prestigious and high profile clients Banyard Maintenance is able to deliver a diverse range of services, linked to other parts of the group, such as consultancy, commissioning and web based permit-to-work in addition to their core facilities maintenance base.

Nick believes this approach enables property owners and users to call on the end-to-end services of Banyards from the construction phase and beyond.

Simon Olliff
Director

Simon joined The Banyard Group in 2001. He has been instrumental in the expansion of Banyard Maintenance, working closely with Clients and his Operations Team to build strong, ongoing relationships with proven results. Simon is heavily involved in the IT infrastructure that controls Banyard Maintenance systems and procedures and is an ardent champion of the potential this 'smart' technology has for his clients.

Howard Albery
Operations Director

Howard has extensive experience within the building services industry and has worked for Johnson Controls, Skanska and the Southern Electricity Board. Dual skilled in electrical and heating/ventilation, Howard specialises in long-term business relationships and New Business.

Mike East
Contracts Manager

With more than 20 years experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within the building services industry, and having worked for Norland Managed Services, Emcor Ltd, PME and Johnson Controls, Mike is committed to delivering the highest level of maintenance and services support. His professional, customer-focused approach ensures our clients expectations are consistently exceeded.

Jeff Cockerton
Engineering Supervisor

Skilled in M & E, Jeff specialises in the organisation of the work force to ensure the smooth running of the sites throughout the Banyard Maintenance portfolio. Jeff gained much of his experience within the building services industry at Shell, Johnson Controls and Skanska.

Rachel Baldwin
Estimator/Maximo Admin

Rachel has significant experience in the maintenance and building services industry, having progressed from Senior Help Desk operative to Estimator in the Business Development Team, where she utilises her IT and communication skills in the role.

Rebecca Couzens
Help desk

Using their well honed administration, customer relations and general communications skills, Rebecca and Louise solve our valued customers many and varied reactive calls. Each call is logged through IBM's Maximo, as the customer, you can link directly to the Help desk and get real-time information on scheduled or reactive work against the SLA.

Rebecca and Louise aim to continually exceed their customers expectations, closing off the many tasks in a timely manner, whilst ensuring the client is fully appraised throughout the process.

Louise Whetman
Help desk
