Banyards use a web-based management system that gives us control of events and keeps you informed with real-time information on your Building services.

The heart is IBM’s powerful Maximo Enterprise system which holds the Asset register, Service level agreement, Budgets, Scheduled tasks and builds up a Condition history of your assets. As the customer, you can link directly to the Help desk and get real-time information on scheduled or reactive work against the SLA.

Our engineers interface with the system via web-enabled PDAs to receive their planned and reactive tasks and to feed back information to Maximo.

When the potential hazards require a Permit to Work an e-permit is raised, is assessed by our Safety specialists and can also involve you to assess business risk. Maximo is integrated directly with Sage accounts completing the seamless flow and providing accurate and up to date operational and financial reports.
