Pro-active management allows for an effective start to the process of maintenance, each project being evaluated on an individual basis so that a preventative, reactive or condition based regime can be implemented.  Detailed pre-contract condition reporting, regular audits and site meetings ensure prompt quoting and repairs.  We use Maximo to assist  with the planning and control which means faster response times and “hands-on” information any time of the day or night.

Synergy within The Banyard Group provides a natural flow of services and an ongoing commitment second to none.  We are recognised Investors in People and continue to maintain the standards required to hold this accreditation.  On-going training is supplied to all our staff both on site and in the office.  Health and Safety is a prime motivator in our business, our operatives being constantly monitored to ensure that they are working to the strict guidelines set out by the Health and Safety Executive.
