Eclipse Business Park in Maidstone is a 16 acre 'campus' that, when complete will total over 400,000 sq ft of Grade A commercial development.
Banyard Consulting were appointed by Gallaghers and completed Phase 1 in 2006. The main core of our work involved the design, procurement and site supervision of the Mechanical and Electrical Services construction of the two office block ‘plots’. The systems included a VRV air-conditioning system, LG7 compliant lighting and an under-floor busbar system.
Banyard Associates went on to undertake the commissioning of these systems. Phases two and three of the Eclipse site are now underway.
