The brief was to achieve the most sustainable development practical, going beyond the target of an “Excellent” BREEAM Assessment to put into place as many sustainability goals as could be afforded by the developer.
The project achieved the RICS award for sustainability in 2005.
Banyard Consulting’s brief was to act both as employers agent for the MEPH services and to provide advice on Sustainability to Defra
