Banyards has been commissioned to deliver the Compliance Monitoring and Validation roles on this high-end £50m commercial office building, situated on Mayfair’s Savile Row.
The impressive new 100,000 sq ft development involves the demolition of Fortress House, the former English Heritage headquarters. The entire site is being redeveloped to accommodate an up-to-date multi-dimensional office development, sensitively designed in keeping with this historic area of London.
The development will consist of a six story (plus basement) office building complete with atrium. The project is on target for a successful completion in March 2009.
