Commissioning Validation - part of the core business for Banyard Associates. We are able to supply experienced Commissioning Managers to verify and witness projects, including on and off site tests to ensure that all results comply with specification and Building/Project performance requirements.

Commissioning Management - ensuring that projects are managed effectively from concept to completion. 

“Hands On” Commissioning - carrying out commissioning and proportional balancing to air and water systems consisting of fresh air supply, extract, chilled and heating systems along with main plant, i.e. supply/extract air handling units/fans and hydraulic fluid pumps including flow rates through boilers and chillers etc.

Other Services - validation (read and record only) of existing mechanical, electrical and controls systems within buildings which are to be fitted out or altered (Cat A or B).  We also provide water sampling and duct swab services for verification.  We are able to undertake electrical validations, sound level measurements and lighting lux level measurements etc.
