King Sturge are leading suppliers of property services to owners and occupiers in the UK industrial, office, retail, leisure and residential sectors throughout the UK. To accommodate their strong workforce, the company relocated to new headquarters at The Curve off Regent Street, in the heart of London’s West End.
Before they could do so, a complete overhaul, of the 73,850 sq ft premises was required. The scheme involved top specification offices to be constructed behind the retained Regent Street elevation (blended with a new contemporary Portland stone façade on Warwick Street).
Banyard Consulting, in conjunction with sister company Banyard Associates, was involved in monitoring the entire CAT A fit-out on behalf of King Sturge. We went on to design the CAT B fit-out to client occupancy stage, including meeting rooms, communications rooms, break areas and dining facilities.
