Banyard Associates are employed as the Client’s Validation Engineer with responsibility for validation of all the M&E services on the Shell and Core which has continued through to the Fit-out stage.


This 16 storey award winning building is now complete boasting a number of prestigious awards including – The Green Major Project of the Year and Best Public Building Gold Award at the Rose Design Awards.  The buildings green credentials are quite impressive, the architecture has incorporated many sustainable features including, Wind Scoops, natural ventilation and Groundwater Cooling.
