Banyards Associates was responsible for managing the commissioning of the Shell and Core and Fit-out of this impressive 30 floor glass tower building, which boasts views of St Paul’s Cathedral and Sir Norman Foster’s Gherkin. Additional services provided by The Banyard Group included interim maintenance, O&M documentation and e-permits.
