Bishops Square Re-development

Banyard Associates were appointed by the developer (Hammerson UK Properties) and forthcoming tenants (leading international law firm Allen & Overy) as Validation Engineer across all Shell and Core M&E services.

We were responsible for the review and validation, firstly of the base build services and subsequently of the tenant services. Our role was to ensure installation provided by the developer was set up by the tenant as detailed in the lease agreement.

We continued through to fit-out phase.

Role:

Banyard Associates was employed as the Client’s Validation Engineer with responsibility for validation of all the M&E services on the Shell and Core. This role has continued through to the Fit-out phase as Validation Engineer for Allen & Overy.
