Fitzrovia is well-known for its tree-lined roads and historical garden squares. The ongoing Fitzrovia Project comprises the major redevelopment and refurbishment of Arup’s Central London Campus in central Fitzrovia. This project covers 3 phases, across 5 years.
Phase 1 involved consolidating two existing buildings and an additional 3-storey block, linked by an atrium. Banyard Consultants were appointed as Commissioning Manager on phases 2&3. We were responsible for planning, coordinating and witnessing every element of the commissioning process for engineering systems.
