Formally the Clifford Chance Building 200 Aldersgate has undergone a major refurbishment to turn this prestigious building back to one of London's leading lettable buildings. The building is made up of two interlinking buildings of different heights. Situated off London Wall at the Barbican roundabout this building is in the heart of the City forming an ideal location.
Banyard Associates were engaged to undertake the client commissioning validation role. The scheme was originally shell & core but a complete fit out to Cat A was instructed mid way through the scheme which Banyard Associates were appointed to. Our role included off site testing, on site witnessing and reporting directly to the client through the project managers.
