Nick Till - Managing Director
As one of the original partners of PBA, Nick has over 20 years' experience in business.  Nick likes to keep a close eye on all the contracts and is highly involved at the tender stage.  He ensures that the business stays one step ahead at all times and is eager for The Banyard Group to continue in this vein.  Nick is involved with the Commissioning Specialists Association (CSA), an organisation set up especially to raise the profile of commissioning throughout the building services industry. Paul Ballard - Director
Paul has been with Banyards for over 15 years and is responsible for the ‘hands on’ commissioning and validation teams.  Paul’s background is over 20 years in the commissioning field, his portfolio includes being highly involved with the Tate Modern project from Shell and Core to completion.  At present his main priorities are tendering and ensuring that projects come in on budget, as well as handling Client liaison.  Paul has recently attained his Grade 6 with the CSA, the highest level achievable.

David Cocksedge - Director
David has also been with Banyards for over 15 years.  He is responsible for Validation and Commissioning Management. His teams are situated in the North and South of England as well as in Europe, where they have been responsible for some of our largest contracts.  David’s career to date spans over 20 years, he has also had experience with working abroad and has undertaken projects in places such as Moscow, Cairo and the Lebanon. David is also in charge of company training and quality.
